Denver Community Credit Union welcomes you! We are excited to start serving you with our high-quality products and services starting August 1st. Here you will find all the information you will need to get started with Denver Community. West Denver Community Credit Union is set to operationally merge with Denver Community Credit Union on August 1st. This means that the former West Denver Community branch and systems will act as Denver Community Credit Union. On this date, members have access to all of Denver Community’s products and services, and locations.
To facilitate a smooth transition of West Denver Community members onto Denver Community’s systems, the West Denver Community Credit Union branch will be closed on Saturday, July 29th and Monday, July 31st. The branch will reopen on August 1st at 12:00pm. Online banking will also be unavailable starting at 6:00 pm on July 28th. You will have access to all Denver Community Credit Union locations, as well as access to Denver Community’s Online and Mobile Banking systems on August 1st, after 12:00pm.
As a result of the merger of West Denver Community Credit Union with Denver Community Credit Union, there will be changes to the West Alameda branch location. Please note that starting on August 2nd branch hours will be as follows:
Mon: 9:00am - 6:00pm
Tue - Fri: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Sat: 9:00am - 1:00pm
Drive Through Hours
Mon - Fri: 9:00am - 6:00pm
Sat: 9:00am - 1:00pm
Information regarding account numbers, debit and credit cards will be coming soon. Check back for updates.
You will not be required to make any changes to any incoming Direct Deposits, or any incoming or outgoing ACH transactions currently set up through your West Denver Community Credit Union account during this transition.
Any new incoming or outgoing ACH transactions (including online transactions set up with your checking or savings account, not with a debit or credit card) will need to be set up using Denver Community Credit Union's routing number, and your account number starting August 1st.

Your West Denver Community Credit Union debit and credit cards will work through 11:59pm on Monday, July 31st. Your cards will not work between 12:00am (midnight) and 12:00pm (noon) on August 1st. Please plan accordingly.
New Denver Community Credit Union debit and credit cards will be mailed to current West Denver Community Credit Union card holders by the end of July. these cards will not work before August 1st. You may activate your card using the instructions sent with your new card after 12:00pm (noon) on August 1st.
Please note that Bill Payer will be unavailable starting July 21st. This will be the last day to submit a payment request. Starting July1st, no future-dated bill payer payments will be allowed. Payments scheduled to go out between July 21st and July 31st WILL NOT be processed. Please make other arrangements for these payments. You will have access to Denver Community's Bill Payer starting August 1st. All Bill Payer payments will need to be set up in Denver Community's Bill Payer system after this date.*

*Bill Payer Fee - $3.95 charged for each month Bill Payer is not used. Complete at least 1 Bill Payer transaction per month to avoid the fee.

To enroll for Online or Mobile Banking please follow these steps.
Use of a secure access code will be required twice; once for your first time login and once for your second time login, which is used for multifactor authentication, ensuring your account's security. Register your browser when prompted to avoid having to use a secure access code again. If you are using a public computer, you may not want to register your browser, you should only register your personal computer(s).
To receive your secure access code via phone call, please verbally answer the phone call. Verbal response will prompt our system to provide you with your secure access code. If you fail to verbally answer the phone call, no voice message will be left for your security.
Receiving your secure access code with a text message is easy. A text message will arrive on your phone within a minute or two. If you do not receive your secure access code, please request your secure access code again or call 303-573-1170.
Email is an option available for you to use to receive your secure access code. The code should arrive within a minute or two. If you do not see your secure access code, please check your spam or junk folders.
