Payment Deferment If you are experiencing hardship, and need assistance, please request information about our loan payment deferment program. Request information using the form below.  Please note that credit card payments and Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) payments are not eligible for deferment. If you are requesting a third deferment, please call 303-573-1170. Third deferments may require additional documentation including but not limited to a letter of hardship, your 2019 W2, 2019 federal tax returns, two recent pay stubs, and your account statements. You will need to know your Social Security Number, and provide a valid ID. The loan application will require information about your employment and income. Depending on the loan, you may be required to provide additional information.
If you are employed, paystubs are an acceptable form of proof of income. If you are self-employed, we require your last two years of tax returns. If you are retired, award letters are acceptable. If you are a non-citizen borrower, two years of tax returns are required.
