Updating Your eBanking User Login ID
Creating a strong user login ID for your Online Banking and Mobile Banking account is just as important to your personal information's security as creating a strong password for your account. At Denver Community, your information's security is important to us. If you are currently using your member number as your login ID, we recommend updating your login ID to enhance your account security.
How to Update Your Login ID
- Log into your Online or Mobile Banking account.
- Click on "Security Preferences" under the "Settings" menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
- Click the tab, "Change Login ID."
- Enter the new login ID you would like to use.
- Click the button, "Submit."
