How do I open a membership?  What are the requirements to become a member?

  • You may start opening your membership by completing our online application, or by visiting any branch location.  To finish opening your membership you will need to provide two forms of identification.  One form of identification required is a government issued ID.  A secondary ID can be a credit or debit card, student ID, or social security card.  A $25 deposit is also required to open your required Share Savings account.  This $25 represents your ownership of the credit union as a member.
  • To become a member of Denver Community Credit Union, you must live or work in Denver, Adams, Arapahoe, or Jefferson County, be a family member of a current Denver Community member, or be a member of Consumer's United Association.
