Denver Community Loans

Member Assistance Loan
This loan is designed to give current members access to funds during this difficult time. This loan is a fixed rate, personal loan featuring 4.99% APR*, for up to 18 months, with the first 90 days' of payments deferred.  This loan amount is up to 2x net income, or $5,000, whichever is less.  Applicant must demonstrate hardship.  Documentation may be requested.  Income verification is required. Must be a Denver Community Credit Union member for 90 days or more to qualify. Use the link below to apply.

Personal Loans

A Personal Loan is a great loan with a lot of flexibility.  Use funds for anything you need. It's great for when you need a little extra cash!  While membership is required for all Denver Community loans, you may start this application as a non-member.

Home Refinancing & Home Equity Loans

Denver Community offers home refinancing and home equity loans, including a home equity line of credit (HELOC) with interest-only payments, for those that qualify.  To learn more about the home refinancing and home equity loan options, click here.

Rate is dependent on credit qualification, length of term loan-to-value (LTV), age of vehicle, and if the vehicle is new or used. For a $10,000 loan with 60 month term payments at 2.99% APR, the monthly payment would be $17.96 per $1,000.

Times are hard for everyone right now.  If you need assistance to work through your budget, to get access to local resources, or to get help with your financial goals, schedule a confidential one-on-one financial coaching session.  Denver Community's Clear Money Program financial coaches are ready to assist you.

Financial coaching is by appointment and is currently only being offered remotely by phone or video chat.

e-Learning

Denver Community offers free e-Learning financial education!  The interactive e-courses are mobile compatible and require no downloads.  Each topic is 2-7 minutes long, and learners can select any topic of interest.  Topics include family conversations about money, building savings, identity protection, home buying, credit, among other topics.
